Dr. Morley is attentive, caring and very well educated. He always takes as much time as I need to get all the information to make the best possible decision for my pets needs. The facility is very well run and it shows in every aspect of their work and care. I particularly love how they follow up several times throughout the entire process to make sure Im always kept informed and I can relay any concerns, no matter how minor.
A friend recommended Dr Morley and was going to use him for my 2 dogs' shots this year but unfortunately our dog Boston was sick. We took him there and the staff were very friendly and Dr Morley very informative. Boston was too sick to be treated and we ended up having to put him to sleep the next day. Everyone was very understanding and soothing. We also got a very lovely card with staff's condolences. Very thoughtful of them. Thank You!
Quite frankly, I have trust issues when it comes to dealing with veterinarians, mainly because I thought they were evil when I was a kid because my parents brought our old dog (RIP Chuck) to the vet to be put down. When my parents arrived back home with Chuck's body (he was buried in our backyard).
Of course, it was silly and I understood later on that dogs had to be put down later in life. It all changed when I met Dr. Lia and Kent Morley. I fully trust them with the life of my two dogs.
What I really like about Dr. Morley is he really knows how to deal with his customers and patients. I've been bringing my nine-year old Pomeranian pooch named Lilly, and she's in good health, mainly thanks to Dr Morley and his staff. He guided us enthusiastically throughout Lilly's growth, and addressed every stumbling block that came our way. We recently moved to Chestermere a few months ago, and we'd rather drive half an hour to Temple than consult other vets.
My bullmastiff, Esther, once had a bad bout of diarrhea and watery stools. Dr. Kent Morley and his staff definitely helped us out, considering that Esther wasn't eating well for a couple of days and was getting thinner by the hour. Before I knew it, she was terribly dehydrated, and the situation may have gone for the worst if I didn't consult Dr. Morley.
He was very understanding and concise with what I should do and avoid doing.
What more can I say with Propertiesanimalclinic? The services is fordable, straightforward, and my pet receive great car from Dr. Lia Morley. I took my dog in for a badly needed dental exam and they were able to keep him to perform the procedures. Hours later my dog was back in my home, behaving totally normal, and his teeth are all taken care of.
That's it! I have finally decided. I'm no longer bringing my furbaby to any other clinics. Other than it's near our place, my husband and I have realized that your service is better than anyone else. From the staff to the facilities, it seems everything is just right for our Milo. Thank you for taking care of him through the years.
