My initial choice of Roca was driven by competitive rates and positive reviews. However, my experience soured when my car had a cigarette odor, despite their claims. Their request for me to confront the driver, promising his termination and credit to me for detailing, felt unprofessional and excessive. This unusual approach left me uncomfortable, and I won't choose Roca again for my future needs.
I used ROKA to ship my Volvo from Calgary to my daughter in Kingston. Both she and I were very pleased with the results.The price was fair the service was as promised and the staff and driver were kind and courteous . We would definitely use them again. Colin Jackson

Although the delivery itself went fine, Roca Car Hauling lied to me and caused a lot of grief and extra costs. Worse Roca management would not speak to me about my negative experience, they are not attending to the problem therefore they dont care about this customer or any future ones which could be you.
