Springbank Pet Resort

I boarded Yogi for 9 nights. I was very impressed with the love and care that SPR showed Yogi. He seemed very happy and looked amazing with his new haircut that he had during his stay. I will certainly be using Springbank Pet Resort again.

We just boarded Niki for 8 nights. She came home happy & healthy & had obviously been well cared for. We received emails to tell us how she was doing when we asked. We received a follow up email after we picked her up to tell us of things that are quite normal after a dog returns home from boarding. It is obvious to us that SPR really cares about their clients and the animals they entrust them with. We are so pleased after having a very different experience with a highly rated place in Cgy

Springbank kennel is an immaculate kennel. They cared for my dog with love, affection and care. I can't imagine sending him anywhere else.

We've left our dog Bailey at SPR for a few years now, whenever we go on vacation -- they take incredibly great care of her. In fact, on this last cruise we went on, we received an e-mail letting us know of a bladder infection she came down with -- they were very proactive and made sure she saw their in-house vet and got on antibiotics ASAP. They kept us informed about the whole treatment.

We had a great experience bringing our 13 month old Bichon Friese there for 3 nights. She had a great time enjoying the 1/2 day play sessions and her grooming turned out beautifully. Thank you, so very much.
