i was incredibly pleased with the service i was given!! i received my very first massage today and it did not disappoint at all! candace was so welcoming right from the beginning. she did a phenomenal job at not only making me feel comfortable but also at the massage as well!! i am beyond happy with my experience and will definitely be going back!!
I have been a client of Ciao Bella for years. I love it there. The staff is professional and amazing at their jobs. I just love the massage therapists there. Their IMAGE skincare product line is FABULOUS!! Hats off the BEST spa in Grande Prairie. :)
Gel nails were terrible and customer service is horrible.
I received a new/full set of gel nails. Within days one had chipped horribly and within a week one had lifted. By the time two weeks was up all the nails had lifted. (I've had gel nails for 15 years and know that bio works on my nails... therefore it wasn't the product). I went in vacation only days after the appt. I contacted the spa a couple days before returning to Grande Prairie and they refused to do anything.
