Kal Tire Park Place

Great service and helpfull staff.

I get appropriate information and turnaround on tires and mechanical work. Best service, best price, best advice; friendly, knowledgeable, polite staff. I have used the Medicine Hat/Redcliff location also. Consistent service and it is the same no matter the location but my favourite is Kal-Tire, Parkview Mall, south Lethbridge. I have used them for about 8 years.

I went to Kal Tire with a nail lodged in my tire. They informed me that it was not fixable and I would have to order another tire in. 5 day later they realized they had ordered the wrong tire, and the right tire was going to take at least another 10 days. Frustrated as I would have to cancel my weekend plans (for my Mother Birthday), I phoned OK Tire who was able to repair my tire that day (no need to even order a tire)! Kal Tire really did not seem to care that they had ordered the wrong tire

The service today was wonderful. The guys took care of my tire problem right away and the manager at this location was very friendly and professional.

The customer serv...

The customer service is hit or miss. It took almost 4 hours to get my snow tires put on. They don't allow to make an appointment to have your tires rotated. Definitely will not go there again.
