All-Star Paving Ltd. has been family owned and operated since 1994. Keith Gardner and his son Steve Gardner of Okotoks, Alberta started their commercial fleet with just a tandem and a skidsteer. Since then, All-Star Paving has grown into a successful corporation while remaining close-knit with employees and customers in order to preserve their local and community-driven feel.
