I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. This guy is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and capable.

My smartphone was not receiving e-mail. I took it in and the owner spent about 15 to 20 minutes guiding me through the problem and refused payment - I will certainly be going there for my phone and computer needs in the future
This business is ran by the most honest, hard working gentlemen. He spent days working on my computer trying to salvage all my photos. He recovered all of them and then transferred everything on to a beautiful 2017 Mac that works flawlessly. Our whole family is so grateful to him for saving our precious baby and family photos and we will defiantly come to him again for all of our tech issues in the future. Thank you so very much!

My toddler broke the screen on his iPad mini 2. I searched local businesses to see who repairs screens in the area, as I like to support local businesses rather than big box stores where possible. The owner of Dr. Fix is very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the screen for a very reasonable price considering the amount of work required. Even provided us with a 6 month warranty. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this business again, and I would highly recommend him to others as well.

I was there last night to get my phone fixed and they stayed open until 6:30 just to get it done that's excellent customer service! I would recommend anyone going there. They are friendly and welcoming. I will be going back for sure to buy a few things I found! If you need a phone case or head phones or any other accessories they have it!
