I had been dealing with this pharmacy for over 10 years and very upset over the service I received today. I called in for a refill and was told that i have should still have over half of my last refill. If i did then i would not be needing a refill now would I. Myself and my plan were charged for 200 pills and I received 100. This is medication for diabetes so it is not something i can do without. I went to pick up twice in 7 hrs and it is still not ready and I am owed 100 pills.!!!!!
I have found all my dealings with this store to be fantastic - getting my prescriptions filled and explained are easy and efficient. Love the attention I am given.
