    Worst experience!...

    Worst experience! I have been changing out my snow tires here for the last 3 years and always had ok service but this time the owner, Blair, was dismissive, rude and and a complete a## on the phone. When I asked if the price had gone up, he said, 'that's what we charge. If you don't like it come and get your tires and go somewhere else.' I called the head office and they were pretty good in sending my snow tires to another location to get fitted. Avoid this location at all cost.

    I get a screw in ...

    I get a screw in my tire. I go to this place (from which I've ordered tires before) to have it removed. The obnoxious guy behind the counter tells me they won't remove the screw from my tire unless I agree to order all new tires (~$1000) – this WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE TIRE! They tell me my tires are 10 years old (which is surprising, considering the car is only 7 years old with only 35K) and that the tires only last 10 years (regardless of kms) and that by now I should be on my *third* set o

    Thank you for your rating our service. At OK Tire we follow the tire manufacturer's recommendations and repair policy when repairing our customers tires. Unfortunately a seven to ten year old tire is not safe to repair.
