Over priced and terrible customer service. They're booking system is horrible and they can be unbelievably rude. Put up with them for about two years and will never go back. I've had way too many issues with them. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The actual service you will receive is good but their booking system is a complete disaster. I have literally lost count of he number of time my family of 5 have had appointments changes last minute (and we have only been going there for a year and a half). Once they cancelled a cleaning appointment I had booked 6 months in advance and couldn't offer me anything for another 3 months after my initial appointment. I've booked appointments and they've called the nights before to change them in one instance it was an hour after booking the appointment. when my son needed emergency dental care after a sporting accident they said they couldn't help (couldn't even book me an appointment for the next day) and sent me to polo park dental. They were prompt and didn't change any of the follow up appointments so we will be switching out family there. Thanks for the tip ADG
When booking 3 dental appointments for the same date and time for 4 months down the road I show up for our appointment to find out only 2 were booked. I had my appointment card to show the three but they wouldn't take in all three so I was inconvenienced to cone again later that day. Not impressed with their service or the way they dealt with their screw up.
