Ive seen Alan on two separate occasions now and both times he actually helped me through the mire. Better than talking with friends, he really helped me to be objective, and fair with myself. His interest in my success was undoubtedly genuine. As it turns out I now have the pleasure of seeing a Dietician he recommended, further empowering myself towards a more balanced happier life.
