Brought my vehicle in for service - it would crank over but not start. Cabot Ford charged me $1000 for a tune-up and the car still will not start. I have been a Ford owner for thirty years and have dealt with a few Ford dealerships over that time. These folks are totally incompetent. I will never, ever let this dealership touch my car again. I notice that management ignores (or deletes) the negative reviews on this website but the positive reviews are oftentimes acknowledged.
i brought the car in so they could fix a seat belt, they charged me 135$ for a diagnostic and the parts haven't been replace. They charge 140$/hour for repair, so if my math are correct, they took around 50 minutes to diagnostic a seatbelt that was cut in 2. i can't believe i'm being charge 1hour for a diagnostic while they could use the hour to change the part instead. No more visit to Ford for me, i'm done!
