Not customer satisfaction oriented service.. Sales person should have explain to someone who is not floors savvy that vynil is sold 12 feet wide and you don't want to have a seem in your bathroom you should buy more than you need. They didn't even cut it straight! When I unwrapped my roll (which was 3.5 ft long for my 5.5 ft wide bathroom) it has a cone shape on top because of imperfect cut. The glue they sold me for $40+ was runny and after my contractor glued a piece for testing it didn't stick at all. What the manager said when I brought glue back - accused me of improper storage (I purchased it when the temp was in double digits but not hot.. sure, blame it on me .. Customer satisfaction is very low on their list.. I wouldn't
Decor Floors at 40 Gilligham Drive Brampton. Very dissappointed with after sales service. Prior to placing an order, they talk about great after sales service and one year warranty for labor that will be provided.I have been trying to follow up for the last three months for fixing my hardwood tile problem that was identified on Day 1 and it has yet to be repaired. There have been several appointments set for a supervisor visit which were not respected except an unscheduled stop by the Manager that I was not even aware of. The manager was very rude and even disconnected the phone when the facts were being told that the appointment was unscheduled AVOID this place.
