There staff is too busy because they have very good rates. They saved me over 1339 for auto and home insurance. There service was excellent.But I have to wait on phone for 5 minutes. I think it was worth to save that much money. I recommend this to everybody body.

Worst company ever, the broker never picks the phone, had an accident (not at fault) and i did everything from the scratch no help. Even the insurance company representative agreed with my view. just waiting for renewal date to change. Don't waste your time and money there are better options available.
