Extremely extremely terrible service delivery people they left our furniture in rain outside, and broke our wall inside the home. Never buy anything from them.

EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. OUR DELIVERY WAS PROMISED IN 2 WEEKS AND ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS SOO FAR AND STILL WE DONT HAVE OUR FURNITURE YET..LETS SEE HOW MANY MORE MONTHS WE'LL HAVE TO WAIT TILL WE GET OUT FURNITURE...

I went in on two occassions before deciding to make my purchase. I was looking for new furniture for my new home and I always shop around before making big purchases. Royal furniture was the one that had the lowest prices for everything that I was looking for. Their unbeatable prices matched with their great customer service is what made me purchase from them. Both times I went in the sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The delivery and set up was very quick as well. I would definitely recommend shopping at royal furniture.
