Terrible service; called at 9:00 am on Feb 13 for delivery to my wife. Got confirmation online of delivery. Delivery not made and phones not answered despite claiming to be open. Have left multiple messages during supposed open hours with no reply. Now have to deal with my bank to get a refund. Don’t use these people ever!
I use this florist and have for years because they across the street from an elderly relative - we have 15 years experience with this florist. Never had anything but quality service and pricing. I dont know them personally. This is a legit review. When I lived in QC I would phone and they got it done. Now I phone, say Ill be there in a hour to pick or that I want it delivered next day and it happens. The reason I keep going back is the florist is a good designer.
They charged my credit card twice, on two different days, and never reimbursed me after I brought the issue to their attention and asked them to do so. Do not trust them! I now have to go through my credit card company to contest the charge. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE!
Had dead flowers delivered to my house. Sent the owner a picture as proof. Did not apologize. Said she would send a new arrangement but never did. She Blamed her driver saying he should have known better than to deliver an arrangement like that and would send a new one. Should have taken ownership of the mistake and actually remedied the situation and deliver a new arrangement. Obviously no care for customer service and has ripped off the person who purchased and sent me these flowers.
They charge your card 2x and don't refund. Do not buy anything from here!! They don't even acknowledge it was done even with proof
