    They Left Me Stranded!

    I contacted this company for my local move. They gave me a price quote, contacted me to confirm the details, and 10 days before my move called to inform me that my quote was "incorrect" based on a flaw in their system - and that it would no longer be the $250 they originally quoted, and would be an additional $500. I am moving less than 10km away, and only have a 1 bedroom apartment - they're not even moving a bedframe, a couch or any kitchen furniture! The biggest piece of furniture is one mattress, and 1 entertainment unit - clearly not worth the $750. Sounds to me like they found a bigger move to do the same day and wanted to get rid of me. Now I only have 10 days to find a mover - completely unprofessional and they were totally okay with being that unprofessional. NOT OK!
