I came around 10:30 on a weeknight. Service was dying down and I came for takeout. However, NOBODY came to greet me when I waited at the front although a few staff were standing around near the back kitchen area. There was also no one at the bar. After a few long minutes, the waitress finally came by carrying food for the people by the bar. She then went to the cash register at the bar so I politely asked her where I would order for takeout (sign said at the bar but no one there).
This waitress was the RUDEST ever! She didn't even look at me, and instead, told me rudely that she's very busy and has 3 tables to serve before she can get to me. She basically brushed me off. A simple apology or a "I'll be there in a sec" would be nice. Nevertheless, I was so angry at her, I left and didn't bother to order.

The service was slow, refills on unlimited salad didn't come. Pop cups remained empty throughout meal. Manager came over and grovelled about how busy they were but did not rectify the situation. Second bad experience.
We were visiting from out of town with 10,000 other people for the Around the Bay 30k. Even though the place was extremely busy, our server (Who was also working the bar) was quite attentive to our needs.
The food was hot and prompt... and exactly what we ordered.
