I've ordered pho at pretty much every Viet place in Kingston, and Little Saigon's is the only one that I find palatable. It's nothing like Toronto, but for Kingston standards..it isn't too bad.
The pad thai here, on the other hand, really isn't the greatest; the ingredients didn't really seem all that fresh.
The food, service and prices at Little Saigon are unbeatable in Kingston! I absolutely love the food there and try to eat there at least once a month. Ideally, I'd like to eat there once a week, and it is affordable. They will make your dish mild, medium or spicy and they have superb spring rolls that shouldn't be missed!
Pad Thai tasted like dirty shoe meets rotton cat food. Awful.
