Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape through Joel. He was very professional and thorough. One of the tires was a bit low and the TPMS light was on. It was checked out and instead of just putting air in the tire he had the tire removed and checked for any leaks. Although the vehicle was used Joel treated me as if I was buying new.
