I got 2 pairs of glasses in February and paid for the anti-scratch coating. Now one of the lenses is scratched and because I did not pay extra for protection they are not covered. What ever happened to standing behind your products?? The glasses are already too expensive. I paid almost $1000 for the 2 and no warrantee. The wait is also too long. Why would you only have one person available that could adjust glasses. Ridiculous.
