Item as delivered did not work -- setup person was to advise of need for repair . after 2 weeks I followed up -- nothing had been done. Phoned store and was advised that repairs would be arranged -- almost 2 weeks later still NOTHING If they even answer phone....
Awful customer service. Spent $7500 on appliances only to receive false delivery dates and dented, scratched and chipped furniture
Customer Service is lacking proffesionalism - actually rude! After a lengthy and difficult exchange battle on damaged products, - not once but twice! All items were taken back and I went in to customer serives for my refund, I was offered only half the money amount I had paid for, when questioned this I was told that I was keeping part of the furniture and she could not refund what I was keeping. Once supervisor got involved a full refund was given with VERY slow actions - no apology!
Very poor service. I had a chest freezer delivered and placed in my garage. After the delivery guys left I discovered in the freezer a small cardboard box with 4 casters. Obviously they were to be place as wheels on the freezer bottom. I called The Brick to ask if I could have someone come back and put the casters on since I can’t do it (single female senior). The manager told that due to Covid 19 it is company policy to do no set up and it could have been left at the front door!!!
