These guys are first rate. Ryan showed up the same day and installed the one-way door. The racoon made his exit and didn't return . Ryan returned a few days later and screened up the soffit area ... problem solved!
I want to thank Shane for dealing with 2 bats that I discovered flying around our cottage at 2am. I was fortunate that I did not have a large bat infestation. Rob is a "class act" who knows his stuff & cares about his clients. He solved my bat problem & even repaired some areas around the air conditioner to prevent mice access into the house.
I have to admit I was embarrassed to think we may have mice in our attic as though we were unclean or something. Andre and Shane were very reassuring and taught me a lot about the critters.
