Went to the new China Palace location on Cottrelle/Airport road yesterday and had to wait 50...yes FIFTY minutes for a takeout order of 5 items. It was 8pm and there were only maybe 20 patrons in the restaurant at the time. No-one ever asked if we would like a drink or even came and talked to us to let us know there would be a delay. I did get a full refund no questions asked though!
Absolutely ridiculous and would never go back there again!
First time dining at the restaurant with our friends and ordered food based on the waiter's recommendation. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was exceptional! We're definitely planning on going back to try more of China Palace's delicious food!
we barely had time to sit down when the waiter told us we had to order because the cooks were going on lunch soon and the kitchen would be closed. ive never had that happen before and never want to return.
