I was thoroughly disgusted, this restaurant will not provide a glass of water, they only sell bottled water for $2.99 per bottle, no free refills. I am a niagara region resident, will never go back, and will do my best to let everyone know what a terrible "tourist" trap this restaurant is; 2 apple juice for 2 preschoolers cost over $8.00. This is a shining example of the "gouge" the tourist place and one reason many people visit the Falls, and never go back!!!

Buffet is ok...bring your own drinks.

I went here for their $6.99 breakfast buffet. Food was good and seemed fresh to me in spite of what previous reviews have said. I don't go for sausage or bacon so I was happy to get lots of other options. The place was packed on a Monday morning and the servers were really friendly. Drinks are costly here and no refills so I suggest you bring your own and say that it's for health reasons. :-)

Ouch!!!

My wife and our four children were staying in Niagara Falls for over night recently. We had driven by the big fancy 'AL MAC BUFFET' signs all over town many times; we thought we would try it out, what do we have to lose, $6.99 Breakfast ? (Wish we had discovered the power of the restaurant review first) When you see impressive signage outside, an attractive building, fancy decor you thing how bad can it be! As for the breakfast, the eggs were ok, the bacon and sausage were good, waffles, pancakes, hash browns, yogurt, oatmeal? The yogurt was Plain Greek style yogurt (not chilled at all) and I was not pleased with the fact that they had canned fruit to apparently accompany the yogurt (as there was nothing else that would). There big image on their outside signage, and all around town, specifically shows fresh berries with the pancakes. They had canned baked beans that went along with nothing else on the table, well maybe toast for some, but the toast was very lacking.` Our waitress was very friendly and courteous and promptly cleared our plates but what could make up for the $3 coffees, which she kept trying to bring another and there no refills like many restaurants, $4.00 chocolate milks and $4.00 orange juices. At least, put beverage prices on the tables so people know what they are getting themselves into. They are clearly trying to run this establishment purely on one time business from the unsuspecting traveller. I would not visit here again, ever?

3 Words: BAD BAD BAD

Visited Niagara Falls many times before and had never eaten at this restaurant before, we decided to try it for breakfast. Bad Idea! Food was mediocre but it is to be expected sometimes at buffets. The service however was the worst. Just around me, I heard a few table complaint of the same issues I was having. BElieve the bad reviews, this place is just BAD.
