Great service Front desk staff are very helpful

My family and I are all patients at the Oak Park Medical Clinic and have been for some time. The front line staff are very pleasant and accommodating, especially when needing to be squeezed in for an urgent situation. We are very happy with our doctors and the care we have received to date.

The helpful, friendly and competent staff makes our drive from Milton worthwhile. Never before did we feel as well taken care of as we do at the Oak Park Medical Clinic. I cannot speak for the other doctors, but Dr. Rizk is an exceptional doctor,who goes out of her way to take care of your health issues, whatever they may be. Her support staff is also second to none that makes the normally unpleasant visits to the doctor a lot less stressful.

Doctors are good. But the wait time is horrible. Even when you book an appointment expect to be waiting for at least 1.5 hours or more. For the Walk in- go somewhere else unless you enjoy waiting for a loooonnng time. Suggestion: maybe not schedule as many appointments in a day or allow longer time slot times cause how it’s runningright now is not working. *looking to find another doctor because I can’t handle the long waits. Half of my day is gone by the time I get in to see the doctor.

I waited for walk...

I waited for walk in for almost 3 hours one day. Now I need to have the clinic book a regular Mammogram and Ultrasound that I get annually as there is cancer in my family, which my previous family doctor's clinic, in Brampton would book for me, and I'm told I have to see Dr. Sharma on February 22nd at 12:45 to do this? Today is February the 5th, he is now my new family doctor I can't believe I have to wait almost 3 weeks for an appointment? It is ridiculous
