Grant Management was incorporated in 1962 to offer the property management experience built up over forty years by its sister companies, Crestview Investment Corporation and Lawrence Construction Co. We are experienced in all types of management - from high-rise and low-rise residential, to factories, to office buildings, to retail, to high-rise, townhouse and industrial condominiums. We provide full service for our clients. In the case of a rental property, we market, lease, collect the rent, order repairs, pay the bills, review insurance policies, co-ordinate property tax appeals if necessary, prepare annual budgets and provide monthly statements with a cheque from our real estate trust fund for the balance of the funds for the previous month.
