Got a stove with no serial number and store has incorrect serial number on my extended warranty papers according to Samsung (they tell me its missing a digit). Called sales rep and passed to customer care and passed to parts and service just to email me telling me to look at top right corner of storage drawer. I had already sent photos of drawer to prove no sticker with serial #. Still not resolved. DONT BUY FROM THEM. EVER!!!!
