Dirty Dealings. Quotes incomplete packages to appear lower then other dealers and then "Woops, I made a mistake". Refuse to meet the second lowest priced dealer quote because no one would go that low. We bought from second lowest quote dealer at price Peter Vavaroutsos couldn't meet ($38 more than his). They convince you their bad reviews are all Philip in used cars and stupid customers who just like to complain. They told us its the people in the area where they are that's to blame.

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM. PURCHASED 3 CARS FROM THEM SO FAR, 1ST BROKE DOWN 6 TIMES IN FIRST 17 DAYS. STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, MANAGERS EVEN WORSE....

Problem with this...

Problem with this place is the angry arrogant service department. They really do not care and customer service is awful. Sales team was fine-like any other dealership-not perfect...they are car salesman : ). I would buy another car here, but I would avoid the service department at all costs...they will make you wish you had just taken the bus instead of bought a car.

horrible service horrible communication car has been two weeks and no any result when you call to request any updates on the car no one wants to explain anything they are claiming that the part takes too long to come 2 weeks is too much to get and to install a part on the car don't go there for any service this dealership doesn't deserve even one star!
