For selections and prices, they are totally among the bests out there. but for customer service, it totally off-sets their large selections and low price,I will definitely not let the cheap price override and trade off my deserved-respect as a customer. On Saturday, with over 100 customers in the store they only have 3 floor staff and 4 at the front desk. Staff were rushing, talked with bad attitude, never smile and worst is that they didn't even know about their products. when you wanted to ask a question, you were being treated like you were bothering them.
