Excellent service! Conseillers au service �� la client��le tr��s comp��tant. Soucis du travail bien fait. Je recommande ce concessionnaire.
Que des problèmes avec le département du service depuis 5 ans... Problèmes supposément intermittents non réglés et ce, à répétition. Des outils oubliés sous le capot, le coffre de notre auto souillé avec des taches noires (huile) suite au service d entretien normal, etc. Très mauvaise expérience !!!

Wow quel service dans ce concessionnaire. Aussitôt arriver que mon véhicule est pris en charge. Bravo à toute l’e De KIA BOISVERT BLAINVILLE. Je recommence ce concessionnalre à tous.
date October 2010 I was shopping for a used car, i visited this dealer and i spotted one used car, on site the car was priced at 15995$, the agent offered me a discount in of1000$ price deduction and 500$ as set of 4 winter tires. i saw it as good deal i put a payment of 1000$ and we signed the contract. Next day i went to Boisvert Kia web site to check the car that i bought and to my surprise i saw that they were announcing it @ 15445$ with 2 sets of 4 tires (4 summer + 4 winter) are included ...! I went back to the dealer complaining about the price the price and asking for compensation as they gave me fake discount ... the onsite manager told me that he cannot do anything as the contract is already signed ... he told me that i have 2 options the first accept the situation as is or cancel the contract and pay 750$ as penalty .... i told him that his act is not acceptable and the discount that i had was fake but without use; during the discussion the manager was very rude and he did not show any sympathy and.or accept wrong doing he did not admit the fact that that the price was based on beefed price and stripped options which is not acceptable and against law .. finally when i saw this behaviors from what suppose to be the manager that should be a lead to his employee (in good way) i just canceled the contract ... i took a 750$ hit but it's better than buying 15000$ (+ tax) lemon car, simply if they cannot be honest about the price of the car i don't believe that they are honest about the condition of the car ... .... So reader be aware .... Hope this experience would help someone else ...
