This service is not 24 hrs as it claims to be. After keeping me waiting for more than 30 minutes for a plumber to call he first asked if i was a client, as i said not he told me that he was not taking emergency calls from new clients. I told him my basement was filling up with water and he just said he didn’t care.
Please don’t claim you are a 24 hrs service if you are not. Or just make it clear you are ONLY a 24 hrs service foe your existing clients. Don’t waste people’s time in an emergency.
