Altima telecom is by far the worst ISP you can go with in Montreal. Their DHCP server is completely misconfigured and I was losing connectivity every 1 hour. They tried everything but couldnt figure it out. I am a network administrator myself and we narrowed down the problem and pin pointed it to their end.
