I have not experienced customer service this excellent ever before. Doug went so above and beyond when my carpet cleaner died, all he was able to charge us was 5$ for a part but went so above and beyond the call of duty, he saved us probably over 100$ we would have had to spend on a new one! If anyone needs anything he can provide PLEASE support him! I cannot stress enough how simply amazing and incredible his service is! Read more
