Went to CRD dump and was told I would be charged double for an uncovered load. It was all bagged, tied closed and tightly packed in the back of my truck. I don't think Rick runs it anymore, but this is one of the few companies that doesn't just haul everything to the landfill and dump it. They go through it all and recycle what they can, at least from what I've seen. If that matters to you call them.
